INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/8tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4; tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Fresh chives for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients, except for garnish.
  2. Garnish with fresh chives and serve chilled.
